How are you taking care of you today?

Fitness is a great part of feeling fabulous.

But it always seems so hard to find the time.

However, if we consider that there are 1,440 minutes in every day, it should get much easier.

Somewhere between going to bed and waking up,  we should be able to schedule at least 30 of them for physical activity.

According to the National Institute of Health, there are seven sure benefits of exercise.

These have helped convince me to take on a new fitness challenge.

  1. Exercise improves your mood.
  2. Exercise combats chronic diseases.
  3. Exercise helps you manage your weight.
  4. Exercise strengthens your heart and lungs
  5. Exercise promotes better sleep.
  6. Exercise can put the spark back into your sex life.
  7. Exercise can be –gasp–fun!
